1.0 Start-Up:
1.1 This is the phase where affiliated ID is allocated. The email address used in the
DollaPlus Affiliate ID Request process MUST be the same email used on registering to all other
Affiliated systems. If Affiliate wishes to change email address Affiliate must advise DollaPlus Admin on the following email: dollaplusreg@gmail.com
1.2 The Allocation process is completed once all data provided has been confirmed. Payeer account MUST have been registered through the specified links and Access-Bid-Code provided. Once confirmed Affiliated ID will be allocated. The Access-Bid-Code is a mandatory requirement as it will be the access key to the Money-Pooling Guides.
2.0 Earnings Qualification:
2.1 Affiliate MUST have an A-B-Code (Access-Bid-Code). This is one of the membership requirements when signing up to the program [Affiliate ID Request process]. This will be used, and MUST ALWAYS be quoted, when bidding for Earning Seats. The A-B-Code is required at start up
2.2 Affiliate can earn from referrals ONLY if the referrals have completed the Affiliate ID allocation process.
If an Affiliate does not bid for any
Earning Seats the Upline earns by virtue of Downline having acquired Learning
Seat (through the Affiliate ID allocation process).
3.0 Level Upgrades and Downgrades
3.1 All Affiliates are Level 0 as soon as Affiliate ID is allocated as an indication of Learning Seat acquisition (by virtue of possessing the A-B-Code). An Affiliate may upgrade earning level by acquiring Earning Seats at any time.
However, If an Affiliate requires to upgrade during time of Block-Divide
Allocation the acquisition update is haulted till allocation is
completed.

complete Block-Divide allocation to ALL Affiliates)
3.2 An Affiliate may downgrade earning level by Bid-Buy-Backs.
Admin buys back the bid at a percentage of the Bid value and in sets of 10. Affiliate Earning Level will immediately be adjusted accordingly.
Admin will constantly inform Affilliates (through the NOTICE BOARD page) of availability of Bid-Buy-Backs and the buy-back percentage.
